Hello!
Iast year I went from 163.4 pounds down to 101.
Now After two weeks of binging I have gained 10+ pounds.
I'm very discouraged and am finding it hard to get motivated to lose it.
I'm just here for some support and advice from anyone who has gained weight from binging.
Also, I know that not all of it is fat but obviously a percentage of it is.

We've all been there. That day after a binge, you feel disgusting, but DON'T sulk in your sadness, you need to brush it off and start eating healthily again. You might feel horrible now, but how would you feel if you ate your way back to 160 again? You would feel ten times worse, and if you don't fix your habit, you're going to continue to binge eat until you're overweight again.

Add friends on here, who have experienced binging and talk to them. You are given one body, and you need to love it. We all have weak points, but the people who sit there and feel sorry for themselves, are the ones who never make it.

    Alternative: talk to a physician.

I don't know your height stats, but your profile says that you are 18. It may be good to talk to someone to get insight on healthy behaviors including curbing the urge to binge.

101 is fairly low for most people, so maybe that might not be the weight that works the best with how much you need to eat.

    What constitutes binging for you?
