Lower fat vegan protein?

I'm having a lot of trouble getting in enough protein (I'm usually getting in between 30 and 40, would like to be at 60+) without a ridiculous number of calories. I feel like I'm too reliant on nuts and nut butters. Tofu is fine, but I don't like having soy more than once a day and there actually isn't that much protein in a serving. A lot of people try to suggest hummus, which I love, but that only has 2 grams of protein per serving.
I have a protein shake every morning with about 15 grams of protein, 350 calories including fruit, the powder, silken tofu, almond milk, chia or flax seeds, and spinach.
My snack is usually a primal strip (70 calories, 10 grams of protein) or 1/4 a cup of almonds (more like 180 calories and 8 grams of protein.)
Vegan veggie burgers tend to either be lower protein and very processed or super expensive (i.e Amy's vegan burgers) so that is only a once-in-awhile option. I try not to have a lot of overly processed frozen vegan foods or fake meats.
Any other suggestions
Edit - I don't do well with most beans

Since you want less fat, not beans or soy, it's down to fruits/veggies and grains.
I've had a quick look around online, and it seems there are some vegetables that are high in protein:
Peas, soy/edamame beans, broccoli, brussels sprouts, spinach, sweetcorn(corn), avocado.
Here are the more comprehensive lists I found.

If you're into cooking/baking chocolate covered Katie is a vegan blogger that specialises in desserts, here's her high-protein recipes:

ETA: Yes that says chocolate, and yes it's vegan! (you may want to double check the recipes for yourself but I'm pretty sure)0
