T25

I occasionally like to use the T25 DVDs when I'm pressed for time and still want to fit in a workout. If I forgot to wear my tracker how do I add that in as exercise to MFP? Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!

I've only been entering T25 as "aerobics, high impact" but why not simply track your last T25 workout, assuming you've entered it? I'm sure it would be much closer than a generic entry.

You can also put T25 in yourself but you'd have to add your own calories. It will let you search for an exercise and when it's not there, you can add it. I like to do that so I know what I did and then will use averages when I don't wear my HRM.0
