sweet potaoes n apples slowcooker

3 sweet potatoes
4 small apples
1/4 cup apple juice
2 tbs brown sugar
1 ts cinnamon
dash nutmeg
1-2 additional tbs apple juice
1 ts cornstarch

peel and chop the apples and sweet potatoes put them in the crock of the slow cooker stir the 1/4 apple juice brown sugar cinnamon and nutmeg together pour over the apples and sweet potatoes stirring to coat cook on high for about 3 hours

stir 1-2 tbs apple juice with 1 ts cornstarch stir into the sweet potatoes and apples in the slow cooker let it cook for another couple minutes then serve
