My New Diet Plan

I was previously eating Lean Cuisines/Lean Pockets/Smart Ones for every meal. But I was still hungry. My main problem is my varying schedule with work, and with school starting soon, its only going to get worse. I don't have much time to cook and I really don 't like to, anyway. However, this is my new idea.

I made almost 2 weeks worth of my own breakfast sandwiches and froze them. That's breakfast each morning.
For lunch, tomorrow I will be buying ingredients to make my own bistro boxes and I'll put them together tomorrow. I'll get a few more Ziploc containers with the separate compartments and I'll stick five or more in the fridge or freezer, so I'll have lunch for a week that will require almost no cooking. I'm going to get grapes, pita bread, a veggie platter to divide up, peanut butter and cheese. I'll cook a couple chicken breasts tomorrow and cut them into strips, then add them to the boxes.

For dinner, I bought zucchini to make noodles, plus a couple different kinds of sauces so I don't get bored.

I also drink a cup of green tea with each meal (it helps with weight loss and makes you pee like crazy).

For snacks, I'm thinking Belvita biscuits, string cheese and pretzels.

Any tips/ideas? I could also use a friend on here that is interested in talking regularly/keeping each other motivated!

That does sound like you are on the right track, but remember the more you work out the more you will be hungry and the more you should eat protein. Eating protein is one of the best ways to fill you up! because it lasts the longest in your body system. how much do you normally eat in a day?

You could buy yourself a slow cooker and a recipe book to go with it. I just got two books for slow cooking vegan recipes and it's amazing all the stuff you can make with them. Good luck.
