I spend a lot of time listening to music (thank you Spotify!! ) and have found it is a key part of my workouts. It helps me keep going and thought I would be interesting to see what other people listen to when shedding those unwanted lbs!
So this is mine at the minute:
Foo Fighters - All My Life
Foo Fighters - The Pretender
Limp Bizkit - My Generation
Limp Bizkit - My Way
Deadmau5 - Some Chords
Deadmau5 - A City In Florida
Katy B - Katy on a Mission
Pendulum - The Tempest
Plan B - Stay Too Long (Pendulum Remix)
Prodigy - Smack My ***** Up (Sub Focus Remix)
Rage Against the Machine - Guerilla Radio
Paul Van Dyk - Nothing but you
Fast paced in your face music that gets me in the mood to workout.
So as the Topic says, lemmie see your playlists!
Ben.

great topic! can't wait to see the list, I'm in need of workout music something awful. I tend to like upbeat 80's pop but only when i'm exercising, lol0

I am currently using the free songs from Biggest Loser, I downloaded both volume one and two for free! The all have high beats per minute! They have really motivated me! It is a Subway/BL promo, they are both still available to download. copy and paste this link if you would like to download these. My iPhone is jammed full of tunes. I just hit shuffle to see what comes up. If its a slow song and i feel i need some hard fast paced motivation i just click next and see what song comes up next.
I found that with pre set playlists you start to have a rough idea of the legnth of a song or complete list and use this to time your workout making you use the finsish of the playlist as a target to finish instead of pushing yourself further. Plus i like the randomnous of a full iPod.
Just my preference0 -
