Hi im a 220 pound 6'1 man.
I workout twice a week with a trainer friend who makes me workout 30 minutes straight.
The exercises are all high intensity and go from pushups to trx squats and lats, to dashes to crunches and rope jumps.
It lasts 30 minutes and has no pauses. I usually break a sweat and am dead after the session.
When I log this workout in any app or fitness website like myfitnesspal, I usually log it in as "weight training". 30 minutes of such a training is usually measured as 250 / 300 calories.
Is this accurate?
Thanks community

I am 249 Lbs. I do the same with a body builder but for 1 hour. My rest times between set are 15 to 20 seconds. According my heart monitor, I am burning approx something around 800 calories per session.0
