I am massively confused about uploading pictures..

I hope this is in the right place..

I would like to post some motivational pictures as well as food pics etc but it all seems overly complicated! I want to post a picture to my wall not a message board like this..
Im not bad with computers at all but this really does seem confusing..

    You can't post pictures to your wall.

    you can put them in your blog, though I think technically you have to host them somewhere and link them in your blog.
