What does bump mean? Like somebody will post a topic and than somebody replies "bump". What does that mean?

    It means people are trying to keep the post active, so they will "bump" it.

    They want to bring the topic back to the top of the list, so they comment. which achieves their goal. However, they don't have anything to add to the discussion so they just use the word "bump."
