can anyone keep me on track?

I just finished day 1 of the 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels. I know that if someone does not stay on top of me about it then I won't go through with it. I would ask my friends or family but they aren't that supportive. Would anyone like to help?

    We are all kindred spirits and have felt the same way. Make a list of all of the good reasons to stick with this. Then make a list of the reasons to quit. At the bottom of each, write how you will feel if you make it through week 1, week 2, etc. Then keep a diary with a short entry each day. It sounds to me like your biggest obstacle will be telling yourself that it's too hard and you can't do it. You CAN.. We strangers on the Internet are all struggling and can relate. Be positive. We're all behind you. :wink:
