Hello from West Virginia

Hello! I am just starting out in a new state, with new job, and a new husband! Due mostly to stress eating and neglecting myself, I have gained 110 lbs since my high school athlete days (years and years ago). I have been inspired by my older sisters to really get serious with my weight loss- especially if I hope to have children in the next few years. The very really possibility of not only gestational diabetes but the numerous other chronic diseases associated with obesity has really hit home with me recently. I have seen so many great success stories on MFP, and I hope one day to be able to share my own success story with you all. Good luck to everyone, and be strong!

Hiii from a fellow West Virginian! We are a special bunch
Best wishes and I can relate...I am working on losing now but did have gestational diabetes when I was pregnant a few years ago, and wasn't even really overweight when I got pregnant. Sadly it didn't really open my eyes much but I'm ready to make a change now!0 -

Hello from Lincolnshire UK, I've lost my of weight before finding this community going from 160lbs to 112lbs but now I just want to tell everyone about how I did it & help anyone along the way that wants to give it a go.
About a year ago I was told about a company called 'Youngevity' and told to listen to 'Dead Doctors Don't lie by Dr Joel Wallach' on YouTube.
So to cut a long story short.....I did, I found it really interesting (It opened my eyes) & I ordered their Beyond Tangy Tangerine, then I got a Healthy start pack & i've been using their products ever since. BTT 2.0, Pollen Burst & Rebound are just a few of my favourites.
You can view the products at libby.sutton.buyygy.com and find me on facebook as 'youngevity lib'
This company is amazing, there's loads on info online so quick.......go and look into it & contact me for an account to order products. Good luck EVERYONE with reaching your goals.0 -
