peanut butter chicken spicy slow cooker
2-4 chicken breasts
1 c creamy peanut butter
1 can salsa
2 1/2 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs honey
1/2 c orange juice
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 ts ginger
1 ts curry powder
pour a bit of salsa on bottom to cover add chicken breast on top add rest of salsa peanut butter soy sauce honey and orange juice top with ginger curry powder red pepper and salt mix cook on low 6-8 hours before serving mix everything up or cut chicken in cube or shred it up served over white rice p.s to make a little more healthy add veggies
