I actually quit MFP about 3 months ago. But, I'm back and trying to get on top of the weight loss. I have an important meaningful meeting coming up in November and I have that goal set in mind! :flowerforyou:

    Im back again after a short break, just seeing what i'm doing makes it easier to stick with, need to tweek a few things. but welcome back all of us....

    Welcome back. I've been using MFP off and on since 2008-ish! Finally in the last year I've been able to make the decision to stick with it.
