I love wraps above all else and my mum gave me this recipe for a super low calorie tortilla.
1/8 Teaspoon Salt or Salt substitute
.5 oz Water
1/4 Cup Flour (can use whole wheat flour if you like)
1/8 Teaspoon Baking Powder
You can add a little spice for additional flavor if you like. My favorite is basil and oregano. This recipe makes 2 tortillas.
(1) Combine everything into a bowl and mix well. The dough should combine in to a single ball. If it doesn't combine properly, add a little more water until it does.
(2) Cover the dough with a wet towel or cloth for 20-25 minutes.
(3) Split dough into two equal parts. Roll into balls.
(4) Flour the counter to avoid sticking.
(5) Take the dough and roll out until it's incredibly thin.
(6) Take each raw tortilla and place onto an un-greased pan.
(7) Cook over medium heat and remove when the tortilla starts to show brown spots.
