I made this tonight, and it was really wonderful, so I thought I'd share.
16 oz. of turkey or chicken sausage (or regular italian sausages if you prefer the not low calorie version)
2-3 cups red seedless grapes, washed and removed from stems
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper
In oven safe casserole dish, combine grapes, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Place sausages in the same dish pushing them down so the grapes cover them.
Cove and bake at 375 for about 45 minutes until sausages are done and hot and grapes are very soft.
Serves 4.
~350 calories per serving, but you should use the recipe tool to compute this for yourself. It will be more for fattier sausages and less for leaner ones.

Thank you for posting this. I am a huge fan of roasting vegetables, but have never thought about trying grapes.0

Thanks for this. Sausages and grapes are on the limited list of things my kid will eat without whining, I'll see how he feels about this. Sounds good to me, I love fruity meat.0
