MAYBE BY SETTING YOUR GOAL EVERY DAY WILL HELP LOOSE WEIGHT?

ONCE EVERY DAY IF YOU SET UP A GOAL YOU CAN LOOSE WEIGHT AND IT HELPS TO MOTIVATE YOUR SELF ESTEEM.

LIKE AN EXAMPLE: ONE WEEK ON DAY ONE: BREAKFAST: AND ECT...
LUNCH OR DINNER/ EXERCISE TWO TIMES A DAY.. ECT...

SOMETIMES YOU CAN FOLLOW A DIET AND AS SOON AS YOU SEE CANDIES ALL THE DIET FOR ALMOST A MONTH LOST JUST BECAUSE THE TEMPTATION OF CANDIES WERE IN FRONT OF YOU... WELL, WHEN I WAS THINKING ABOUT THIS. I NEED TO SET UP A GOAL EVERY DAY. SO I TRY THIS

STILL WITH THE FAT SMASH DIET I JUST CREATE MYSELF A BOOKLET, I CAN WRITE DOWN MY OWN THOUGHT AND MOTIVATE MYSELF. OR YOU CAN JUST KEEP YOURSELF BUSY.

I HOPE THIS HELPS ME.

    Wonderful! I actually thought about doing the same. I set a goal everyday! I'm also printing pictures of my motives to keep them in my room (A dress I like, A beach I want to visit....etc)

    I hope you stay strong and fit and reach your goal soon :D
