Figured my own TDEE (I think)

I used my first 7 days since I lost like 3 lbs (even though it was that TOM) I added calorie intake for each day then added the 3500 and divided by 7. I also did it for my second week and each time I got about 1500. MFP has me at 1200 for 2lb loss a week and I'm having a hard time getting it since I'm not hungry. Who knows what my intake should be at this point. All of this sucks. Its not like I'm obese so maybe I should just make better choices without having to worry about all this BS

1. If you're not obese you shouldn't be trying to lose 2 lb per week. Try for 1 lb, or .5 lb a week depending on how much you need to lose.
2. TDEE should found with at least 21 days of data to be considered at all accurate. If you have 2-3 months of calorie intake / weight loss data it's even more accurate.
3. This is tedious at first. I've been doing it for 6 months and honestly, I still consider it to be tedious, but I'm determined to find out what works for me in order to be my healthiest self. I've learned A LOT about my own eating habits in the last 6 months and why I got the way I got... But, it's not necessary. People DO lose weight without counting calories...0 -

Setting my goal to .5lb a week upped calories to like 1400 something. But at 1 lb a week its 1200. I'd like to lose more than.5 a week so I guess I'll go ahead and try 1200 to 1400 and see what happens0
