Joint safe exercise videos?

I was wondering if anyone had suggestions for exercise videos that take it easy on the knees? I know when I'm finished with physical therapy in 2 weeks, I'll have a list of at home exercises to do but I'm looking for cardio as well. I can tell you that anything with squats or anything that requires putting pressure on the knees is not something I can do.

I appreciate any suggestions.

    Oh...that kind of joint...

*backs out slowly in a cloud of smoke*

I don't really have any suggestion on exercises though...just take it easy and slowly to start. Maybe Pilates?

Do Pilates and yoga. I have runners knee and tendonitis in my ankles and it really helps lessen the issue - strengthens and stretches out all the muscles in the leg - and eventually helps you progress to more demanding workouts. :)

Swimming is good on the joints, as there is no weight on your joints. I have a osteochondral defect ( cartilage damage and injury of the adjacent subchondral bone), and couldn't walk three years ago. With a combination of swimming, Wii Walk it Out, I managed to walk again. I then went on to a pair of Kangoo Jumps, and became the fittest I had been in a long time.
I was running 3-6 miles a day, with very little compression or impact to my joints.
