Hi!

Hello everyone! I'm about a month in to my weight loss journey (part 2?) I just graduated from college and moved to a new city for a job, so I decided now was the time to get in shape like I've always wanted. I gained about 40 lbs during my last 2 years of college, which I attribute to unhealthy drinking habits and eating out too much. I had lost a significant amount of weight my sophomore year of college (about 20 lbs) only to gain all of that back when I returned home for the summer. My only hard set goal is to get out of the "overweight" BMI zone. I'm working on training myself to think of this as a lifestyle change - not something temporary. My biggest struggle will probably always be motivating myself to workout. Would love to have some buddies on here to help with motivation!

    Hi!
Good luck with your journey! I am on a constant journey towards health and since May this year, my lifestyle has changed dramatically. I am working out twice a day - cardio and toning work - for 5 or 6 days a week and I'm trying to keep active on my rest days. I've taken up running (well, am following a couch to 5K type programme) and I am trying to keep eating lean, green and clean. The clean eating is probably the most challenging!
I have over 100lbs to lose and I have PCOS, which makes weight loss a bit of a *kitten* but I know that with perseverance and healthy living, I will eventually get to where I want to be!! :flowerforyou:
