You will need an HRM for an accurate count0

You have to input your own data.
Do a search for P90X. When nothing comes up there will be a link below it that says ADD EXERCISE.
The only way to get the data is by use of a Heart Rate Monitor (HRM) or doing the calculations manually.
Good luck,

I tried a HRM...what a hassle. I could have had another workout in by the time I spent messing with it and it was a good one. I only wanted it to track to put on this website so I don't use it anymore. I don't know they are an exact science anyway. There are lots of posts that people don't think they are tracking correctly. Medically, I didn't need a HRM. I know when I work out I'm busting my tail, I'm losing weight and I'm looking a bit better. I do like the calorie counter on this website. That is what is huge for me.0
