Help to lose weight

Hello,

How are you?

Want to lose weight, Joined the gym since last year. I have lost some weight but still need to lose two
and half stone. I want to make friends on here, we can support each other. Please could you give me
tips how you have been losing weight?

I know I need to watch my calories and please could you also give me advice on which exercise at the gym will help me lose or tone the weight around my thighs. I currently weight 128 Ibs

    Hiya,

    I'm new to this myself! I train between 2-3 times a week at the gym. My down side is eating the same as my hubby to be.

    How are you finding this app? Is it helping.

    i think this apps is amazing because I can keep a food diary and the bonus is tell you how much calories we have left, I think is helping, how are you finding the app?

    congratulation, when are you getting marrried? I am getting married in 10 weeks,

    You can't control where you lose weight, so if you want smaller thighs, you have to aim for overall weight loss and basically hope some of it comes off your thighs. Toning the muscles in your thighs will help them look better.

    Losing 2 stone and dropping down to about 100 pounds is not healthy. You really should seek some help about your body image and some education on what is healthy and what isn't. Instead of trying to lose weight, I think you should focus on toning the muscles of your body. You will never look like a man, no matter how many hours you crunch at the gym, I promise.

    Eat on calories deficit aiming 1lb a week at start, than 0.5

    Exercise with weights 3 times a week

    Eat protein like 30%

    That's it...

    I was over weight and tried so many things. Different things work for different people and I was lucky enough to find one that worked for me. I lost 18 pounds in one month without much exercise and it's been a life changer. I'm a little embarrased to post my before and after photos here but if anyone actually cares to hear what I've been doing then I'd be happy to help in any way.     Your attempting to put your body mass index to low. According to the charts a 5'4 woman needs to weigh a minimum of 110 pounds. Unfortunately, you are going for too thin.

    So you're 5'4", 128 lb., and want to lose 28 lbs. (2 stone) for your wedding? A healthy weight for your height is 110–140 lbs., so you should lose no more than 18 lbs. (1 stone, 4 lbs.).

    Vanity pounds come off very, very slowly. Set your goal to .5 lb. per week, and be patient! Log everything you eat & drink accurately & honestly.

    Thank you, I will try to lose the healthy weight, which is 1 stone, 4 ibs.

    my weaknesses are soft drinks, I can't keep away from them. I will try to log everything and I will ready the post now thanks :-)
