Hey

Hi there,

Trying to lose 90-120 lbs! I'm hoping to do it in maybe a little over a year.

I lose weight quite easily because I'm naturally quite muscular, the hardest part is motivation, so I've made sure to keep track of things this time around, so I can look back and see my progress.

Look forward to meeting you all!

    Ok, figured it out.

I started last Monday and haven't weighed myself since, so hopefully Monday is a good result.

I feel a lot better already and on my walks I can already feel a difference.

Wowee, you have lost so much! Keep up the good work!

One thing I did last time when I was exercising was picking up something the same weight as I had lost that month. It really puts it in to perspective and it's actually quite shocking :)

Also, thanks Jasmine and Lucky :)

Hello, I am just starting out here as well.. I have lost a few lbs before and always yo yo back. This time my goal is much more serious - 100 lbs, and I am going to do it!

When I pick up 2- 50lb bags and think this is the extra fat I am carrying around every day - WOW, I can't imagine what it will feel like to lose that extra weight... Can't wait.

    Indeed, it's crazy, isn't it?!

Back when I was exercising before I used to always feel how heavy the amount was that I lost that month with sugar or flower, it's quite shocking really.
