Best strength/weights DVDs

Hi
Just about to finish Insanity and want to move onto a running/insanity/weights hybrid

Plan is

X2 runs 50 min runs plus 10 mins abs
X2 cardio - insanity or tae Bo DVD
X1 stretch/yoga
X1 weights/strength

I'm looking for a 45-60 min routine - upper & lower body...

Any ideas to best DVDs out there with free weights and simple moves (I'm uncoordinated) where I can build up and not plateaux too quickly with the regime...

there aren't any decent strength dvds. plus you need to work out at your own pace, not try to follow along with some fitness model. buy a book like NROL or Starting Strength or Strong Lifts and follow plans, not videos

I disagree. Body Beast is a fantastic DVD program. I'm very satisfied with the results I'm getting from it! There are already hybrids of Insanity & Body Beast; you could add your running in to make it your own program. However, if you do too much cardio, you'll just dwindle your muscle gains. It depends what your goals are, though. Good luck!

No good strength DVDs but Bob Harper has 2 kettle-bell ones, and some other good ones for strenghth. Jillian Michaels kettle-bells and Hard Bodies. Jeannette Jenkins has good sets of DVDs. These are if you work out at home. Otherwise a good weight training book or magazines and build from there.

Well there is the Starting Strength DVD to help you with form for the SS program. Not sure that is useful in this case but thought I would throw it out there.
