Crawling back on the wagon

Hey, folks. I'm starting back over, and I'm hoping this site will help me do so. I had been working out regularly for a year, but not really watching my diet, so the gains were slow. Then I was watching my diet, but not really hitting the gym, so again, the gains (or losses, if you will) were pretty slow.
After a couple months of neither working out nor watching what I ate, I'm back up to the weight I was when I started. So now I'm crawling back on the wagon, and this time I'll try to work out and watch my diet at the same time
