    I am reading the book right now! It is a great read! I have been eating clean for several years now but am picking up some info that I didn't realize out of it. I just got to the eating plan chapter but it is very similar to Tosca Reno's clean eating that I have been following and if you don't cheat much, it works!!!

    I'm also finding it similar to the Clean Eating plan - with properly combining foods. I love the plan so far. Have the book, but haven't finished it yet. I signed up for her wesite for the 7 day trial, and it's awesome. GREAT recipes -- and I'm no cook -- really easy and tasty (quick) recipes! Love it. Haven't even felt the desire to cheat -- which isn't like me.
