Greetings everybody,

I was once pretty jacked at 265lbs but it's amazing how much weight one can put on after ankle surgery and a pint of B&J every night. :( lol but, seriously, I'm so stoked and ready to get back to a healthy weight and this awesome site which I use through my mobile is really helping a lot. It gives me accurate up to the moment info on calories, factoring in exercise and vitamins, and nutrient values, as well.

Love that it can auto- post to Facebook.... let the healing begin!

Best wishes to you all,
Eric

Thx, TeeBowen (is that a play on the word T-bone? Or just a coincidence?

Thanks, as well. My sister's friend said something to me the other day, "You just have to work through the pain." I kind of always knew that, but I stopped doing that for a while. Now I'm doing it again. Sometimes, it seems, the only choices we have aren't necessarily the one's we'd like but that's what we get.... so, do I irritate my ankle a bit working towards a healthier me, or do I let my weight continue to hurt my ankle and also get diabetes, or some other disease.

Not awesome choices, but the better one is definitely obvious.

Best wishes to you on working through that.

    Eric
