I need motivation :/

This time last year, I was 10st 12. I got down to 10st and now I'm back at 10st 12.
I have no motivation, and I eat all the wrong things. I live a lazy life style and snack all day.
I'm looking for some supportive friends to help me break out of this rut.
I would love to reach my goal weight before Christmas. My goal is between 9st 6 and 10st.
Well feel fee to add me and thanks in advance.

No one will be able to motivate you to succeed in reaching your goal - but you. Eating all the wrong things, being lazy and snacking all day (your words) are all choices you make. I doubt you're going to get friends here that will come to your house and snatch a bag of Oreos out of your hand at 1am.

But seriously, make some goals for yourself around eating and exercise. You look young and your body is geared to follow your directions at this point. Do it now. Get healthy. Be the best you can be while you are young.

Read this link and learn how that can happen. Then, when you've put good habits in place - you won't need to lose ever again. I wish someone had told me this when I was 23 . I sure would not be here now. Lose it once - do it right. Good luck.

    Hi ya!

I'm also in need of motivation!! Shall we be diet buddies? I live in France but I have whatsapp, you could send me a text each time you feel weak and find it hard to resist junk food and I could try to convince you that you can do it!! We could also send each other a daily text telling how we did and congratulate each other!! haha!

    :)
