So i have been having this though about starting to hunt on my own, instead of purchasing all of this mass produced meats/Chicken meats and stuff.

But i am wondering because i heard that its not healthy to eat red meat everything.. But is this bird equal to eating chicken everyday?

Wildlife you hunt yourself tend to have less fat than the meats purchased in the stores, but I have yet to any database that gives the numbers. I just know it from all the years of helping to clean what the hunters in our family brought home.

I like the low calories for the amount of protein and the relatively low cost. It's filling and can be cooked with all sorts of different flavors. "Inherently" might be a strong word, but it compares favorably with alternatives, IMO.

Wild game is very healthy! I would think eating this is much healthier than factory farmed chicken. There's nothing wrong with red meat either.
