truck driver

Hi. I drive a truck for a living and it is hard to figure out what to eat to lose any weight. I drive locally, so it is not like I hang at truck stops. It is not easy to be able to stop and eat, so I have to carry food with me. Have a tendency not to eat much during the day, but of course this means I am hungry when I get home. Any suggestions?

It is hard to eat right when driving all day. I'm not sure what kind of weight loss plan you are using. You could pack a lean meat or nut butter sandwich on whole wheat bread with cut up veggies like baby carrots, celery, radishes, brocolli, and cauliflower. Add an apple, pear, orange, or grapes. Some road worthy snacks might be fruit with nuts or string cheese and granola bars. Maybe a few small snacks could keep you from being famished when you get home.0

Ya I mean there's the grab-and-go standards like harboiled eggs, carrots and celery, etc.
but really I think the best thing for truck driving is batch-cooking and taking leftovers with you. Your local so it's not like you're trying to cook out of a hotel room. Get a bunch of those containers with snap on lids and pack a cooler.0
