I don't know how to ask this stuff. I'm VERY new to all of this all I know is that I want to eat clean, exercise more and just be a healthier person. I don't have a lot of will power though! I don't even know where to start. I want to bring my weight down and tone up because I've found when I do love healthier I feel happier and just better in general. This is not about losing weight as much as it is about being healthy. Although I would like to be at a healthier weight! I have no idea how to stay motivated or even get started with clean eating and healthy living. I'm sooooo new to all of this somebody help! Thank you hahaha

Go to the "getting started" section of the forums and read the first two stickies. (the ones with the red pin next to them)

Hi, welcome to the journey. If you want a boost in motivation, surround yourself with a group of likeminded people that will push you and hold you accountable to reaching your goals. I help to run support groups through Facebook. We have lots of people in there that are improving themselves and helping everyone else to stay accountable. We teach about proper nutrition and how to exercise. I'd be happy to chat with you about it if that is something that you're looking for.

and the OP can do that here on MFP. I really hope you are not trying to get the OP to buy into something like Beachbody, Isagenix, Herbalife or whatever scheme. Your post sounds like a sales pitch.

You have taken the first step already by joining MFP. I think the best second step is to learn all you can, and the stickies on MFP someone else mentioned will help you with that. Probably a good third step is to start logging your food. Don't worry so much about what and how much you are eating, just start logging so you can get a good feel for what your diet is like now and get into the logging habit. After you see what your current food is like, you can see where you need to make changes in order to optimize the nutrition.

identify some short term goals. Do you want to lose a specific amount of weight? Do you want to start some kind of exercise? maybe start by walking, running, or biking (depending on your current fitness level) to get some cardio in, then look into what you want to do for a longer term fitness plan.

Make small changes at first, then work up to the big picture. Also, mentioning "clean eating" on MFP is usually going to turn your thread into another of the interminable debates about what it is. Unless you are actually following the books by "clean eating" authors your best bet is to say that you are eating more nutritionally dense food than you had been.
