Fasting day meal ideas needed for a vegetarian.

I had a holiday in March and another in May, the problem is that I can't get out of holiday mode and have put on half a stone which is staying put. ( because I am eating and drinking crap ) so I've decided to try the 5:2 diet. I did it a while ago but gave up as I just didn't know what to eat on my fasting days.
I'm a vegetarian so am restricted so if there's any vegetarians on here that do the 5:2 diet can you please give my meal ideas.
Ideally I would like breakfast about 250 calories and dinner about 200 calories which leaves me 50 calories of raw veg to have throughout the day.
Many thanks in advance.

I'm not vegetarian and I'm not doing the 5:2, lol BUT I've been eating a lot of polenta w/ homemade marinara and it is super low calorie. I have added kale, etc. to it, too, but it's very filling for few calories0

I'm mostly vegetarian. I don't do 5:2, but do IF in the sense that I only eat between 2pm and 8pm.
You can look at my diary for some of the things I eat, sometimes my "meals" are only 250-350 calories.
Try to stay high in protein to stay satisfied longer.0 -
Another thing I eat a lot of that would be vegetarian: bean tacos
The ready-made shells are usually about two for 100 calories, 1/2 cup flavored beans about 100 calories, then you could even add avocado/cilantro/etc and be in your range.
Finally, when all else fails, a pumpkin pie smoothie is goodI just use 1/2 cup pumpkin (40 calories), 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder (90) and a cup of almond milk (40)... plus, I add pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, etc.. I prefer to EAT food over drinking, but there are times it comes in handy.
