Heeeyy! my name is Mishel I signed up a few months ago but didn't get started until today to make a change for the rest of my life..Its My Birthday! Im on the road to become fit and healthy again and to help others.:flowerforyou: I am going to be challenging myself so I thought it would be great if everyone can join the challenges with me so I will deffinately post them.
