I posted long time ago a topic regarding a fear I had. The fear I had was going to a new gym I went to the gym and had panic attack and anixiety for some reason.
I went to the same gym puffed up my chest told myself im good I went in and i felt good
its a small fear I conquered but to me i felt really good lol
I hope this motivates people not sure it will though its a small thing

The last time I went to the gym I had panic attacks and I felt everyone was looking at me not a good feeling.
I conquered it now I went in I thought leave but I had to convince myself stay and on the way to that gym I was pumping myself up to go and dont think you are less than anyone else.0 -
Panic Attacks is not a small thing.
It can lead to massive terrors.

I'm proud of you. I will be glad when I can face people. I gained so much weight in the past 5 years. I really don't want to see people I used to work with in the current shape I'm in.0

Fear of Heights is different. I used to have a massive fear of heights.
It's more a lack of trust you have in yourself than it is a fear.
You have to learn to trust that you can keep yourself safe from falling.
For me. finding other peoples support to overcome my fears made it harder.
I had to do it all alone. And only after I conquered my fear did I go back to my
wife and seek comfort. I needed it...:noway:0 -
