Workout plan? Please help.

I need some help.
I'm really serious about toning up and being fit. I compete in pageants and I do promotional modeling. I don't want to be skinny, I want to be fit.

My diet is clean honestly. It's the fitness I have trouble with.
Any workout regimes or workout plan I should do?
Like when to workout, what do I work out and so on.

Please and thank you in advance! !

Look into HIIT training and weight lifting. Heavy weights lower reps, you will lose weight and still look fot, not just thin. And HIIT is great for toning up and if you don't like to workout it's quick. 15-30 minutes usually. Check out fitnessblender.com, they have tons of free workout videos from weight lifting to cardio and yoga to hiit to kickboxing and bodyweight training! I use that website almost daily.

Since your career depends on your fitness, hire a professional - invest in some personal training sessions. The trainer will give you a customized routine that may be superior to mass-marketed routines. And they will correct any form errors that could lead to injuries. For tips on finding a good trainer (not all are good), Google "choosing a personal trainer".

I had one not too long ago, but honestly, I'd rather work out on my own. It's "me time" when I work out at the gym haha

There's TONS of good programs on the internet. Try Bodybuilding.com.

Also, if you're serious about this, make sure your diet is actually "clean" by tracking everything you eat - calories and macros.

I hear that, gym-time for me is equivalent to my place of Zen.

You may just want to look into a structured training routine then, there are plenty out there. New Rules of Lifting, StrongLifts 5x5, Starting Strength (eBook), 5/3/1 5's Pro template (Beyond 5/3/1 eBook), etc. Spliting your cardio between intervals and steady state would be helpful as well. Not sure what your current nutrition looks like, but it's possible you may need to move around some of your macros in favor of more protein probably to the tune of 0.6gm's to 1gm per LB of BW.
