Went overboard and ate 3000 calories

I'm 5'2" and have been fluctuating on my weight lately. Today I was 110 lbs. My goal is between 105-108 lbs.

Today I went overboard and ate pizza, muffins, chocolate etc. I ate totaling up to 3000 calories. I usually eat about 1000-1200 calories. Sometimes I eat more and exercise. I usually run but I haven't been exercising for a few days now. I've had a lot of cheater days these past few weeks. Some days I'll be under calorie and other days I'm over calorie.

Will I continue to lose weight if I eat around 1000-1200 calories and I'm 110 trying to get to 105lbs? Thank you! Can I just continue to go back on eating 1000-1200 calories or do I need to exercise massively to make up for my cheater day?

    A whole 3000 calories?!! R.I.P.

Nah, you'll be fine. One day is not enough to make or break any fitness/dieting goal.

    Focus on tomorrow.

You've only got a few more pounds to lose and its best to start easing into your new weight. Set your goals to a 1/2 lb/week loss and eat those calories. 1000-1200 per day does not sound like enough?
Enjoy today. It won't make a difference to your weight goal. We all have days like this and it's all good in the end (unless you make this type of day a regular affair).

Drink plenty of water. That'll help too.

Consuming more calories can help fight the urges to go off the deep end. You should still lose weight eating 1300-1400. Try that out and see if it's easier to maintain.

I know 1200 was too low for me and I went through cycles of being starving and eating everything

Plus if you only have 5 lbs to lose, there is no need for such an aggressively low calorie limit

I wouldn't recommend eating 1000 - 1200 calories. Up your game and eat more calories in the first place and you will be less inclined to go on the binge you've described.

Figure out what is a more realsitic food goal- will require less will power- and there for you'll be less likely to go crazy and over eat.
    That being said- you're fine.

Start again tomorrow- do a little extra cardio if it makes your brain better- but dust it off and later rinse repeat a small manageable calorie deficit tomorrow.

One day won't hurt you. Get back on track & you'll be fine.
