I have days where I feel REALLY motivated to be healthier and lose weight and other days where I'm like eh? why not eat a whole row of oreos? Today I felt motivated but I want that to continue.I was wondering if anyone had any creative tips for how they stay inspired? Like pictures of fit people or signs on fridges?

Not getting completely bent out of shape when I slip up helps me stay on track. Also recording my food no matter what. Staying accountable to myself is key.

Have you thought about standing in front of a mirror and looking at your progress or taking pictures every few weeks so you can sit and look at your progress.
Then while looking at whichever you can tell your self look at what I have accomplished.
