Getting back into bad habbits

Hi All,
Need your help and experience on how you get yourself back on track. I seem to have lost my way and I am getting back into a bad habit of eating crap been going on for about a month and I want to put a lid on it before it gets to bad and I gain all the hard work I put into losing the weight....How do you get back on track after a laps.

    I have had the same problem too. Ever since I reached my first major goal I have slacked and let myself get back into bad habits. But it's all about being honest with yourself. Log everything you eat....it'll look horrendous and you'll not want to do that again. Also forgive yourself, things happen and we alllllll have bumps along the way in whatever goals we have set. Forgive and love yourself at this point and move forward. Don't give yourself excuses and keep your goal in mind.
