today i'm 7 years sober. my life is wonderful and so much of it is attributed to the community of awesome and loving folks on MFP. weight loss is still tricky but if i've kicked one addiction, i'm sure another success is on the horizon. and to all/any of you struggling with alcohol/drug/food addiction, there is light at the end of the tunnel. find a support system and ASK FOR HELP.
