GREAT WEIGH IN!!!!

Friday was a great day for me as far as my weigh in.! I have a few mini goals and Friday i met a big one!!!!
my weight as of today is 169 and for my height ( 5 feet 3 inches) that means my BMI no longer says I'm in the "OBESE" category!!!! I am down 35 lbs and I feel GREAT!!!!!
