Ketchup, Miracle Whip, and Sour Cream! Of course I somewhat limit the amount i use now...1 tbsp instead of big globs. haha

Pizza, chocolate, ice cream, Coke Zero (although I now only have it once a week, 32 oz on Sundays) There are certain things at different times those are the things I'm thinking right now!! LOL0

Beer and wings....I just do them in more moderation now. I love mayo but downgraded to light. Half & half in my coffee is a MUST!0

Coke, chocolate cake, and french fries. Doing much better with cutting out french fries, I occasionally swipe just a few fries from my kid's Happy Meal.0

pizza, cheese and mayo!
every time i've cut them completely out i've ended up bingeing so now i eat them as a treat but make sure it's healthy stone-baked pizza or homemade, goats cheese or light mozarella instead of hard high-fat cheese and low fat mayo!0 -
I haven't given up anything I love, I just don't eat it all of the time like I used to and if I do eat it, I count it and make sure I had my exercise for the day. I love my chinese, mexican, and sweets.0

I just love cheese! But I've managed to cut back.
Also, the calories in adult beverages will sneak up on me when I least expect it!:drinker:0 -
I thought it would be impossible to give up ice cream, but I found a very close, healthy, substitute.
Schwan's Chocolate Fudge Brownie Frozen yogurt! Yum! and only 130 calories and 3 g of fat.
I have the will power to stick to "1 serving" and it satisfies my craving! : )0 -
Pizza, Chicken Wings, and Beer. Thankfully I get a cheat weekend every two weeks.0

Candy! Starbursts, Sour Patch Kids, Gobstoppers... I'll never give them up. I need my sweets.
Chocolate. Love my chocolate. I just don't eat it very often anymore.0
