Suggestions for protein that's low carb

I really over did it on my carbs at lunch. I only have 2 more points before I hit my carb goal for the day. Unfortunately, my protein level is low. For me, if my carb level is higher then my protein, I feel like I'm starving and sluggish until I get it evened back out. So I need ideas for protein that has little to no carbs. I was planning on just doing a protein shake but that will still leave my levels unbalanced.

Help?

Um, meat? Like, pretty much any kind? Most animal proteins have just a miscellaneous carb here and there, if any at all... If you have it over a salad with a homemade olive oil and vinegar dressing, you're probably looking at 10-15 carbs at most, depending on how big the salad is and what veggies you use.

Pretty much chicken or turkey would be my suggestion. Maybe with cauliflower and broccoli roasted in a light spray of olive oil and your favor seasoning. or just steamed broccoli with 1 spray of butter.

liberte plain greek yogurt 0% fat has a 3:1 protein to carb ratio. or pick up a pack of turkey or beef jerky, which also have a great protien : carb ratio.

I really don't care for meat but I guess it's going to be a chicken night just so that I don't pay for it later.

    Thanks.

I adore tuna- it's cheap and easy- I eat with just lemon pepper seaoning- so almost zero prep for me.

If you don't want to eat meat, then just do your shake. Macros can't be perfect everyday - this is how you learn.
