First time posting

I've been on Mfp now for over a month and only lost 4 lbs. I am always under my calorie's for the day and I am working out a lot. I wish the weight would come off faster, but 4 lbs off is better than gaining. My first goal is to lose 5 lbs. Which I hope to reach by 1-18-2011. 2nd goal to be out of the 130's by 3-1-2011. I KNOW I CAN DO THIS. I will do it.

    1lb. a week is perfect. If you lose too fast your boobs,booty and skin will be saggy AND you run a bigger risk of gaining it back,plus some! You are doing a great job,keep it up:flowerforyou:

    Thank you for the words of encouragement. Your right as long as it comes off slow means it's not going on fast. It's just funny how it seems you can put on 4 lbs. In a couple of days but it takes me a month to take it off. I will stick with it because the end results is what counts.

    You are doing good. I don't know about your water intake, but that's a good way also. Hang in there!
