Hello-

I'm 31 years old soon to be 32. I currently weight 290 lbs and would like to drop 95 lbs weighing in at 195; living in Hawaii I have fallen into some bad eating habits. I'm just starting today and really looking for some good tips and positive people to guide me on this long journey. I have a juicer and plan to juice as much as I can, and also cut out noddles, rice and bread from my diet for the first two weeks. As far as exercise goes I plan to walk two miles 3 times a week and try and do some sit-ups, jumping jacks, and push-ups. I'm working two jobs and have 3 daughters, so my time can be limited but still trying to say positive and make it work. I really have to get into shape not only for myself but my family, I want to be around for a LONG time and I don't want my health to be an issue. :smile: Please feel free to add me, give me some advice and I'll do the same. Lets help each other out and each out goals!
