Calories in chicken parm?

I'm so bad at this. Wife made 5 oz chicken breasts, coated them in egg, then flour, then baked them soaked in tomato sauce topped with mozzarella cheese.
Any guess as to what one of the 5oz pieces would come out to?
The MFP database and google all range with answers from 200 calories to 600.

Try http://caloriecount.about.com/cc/recipe_analysis.php
You can plug in the ingredients, let it know how many servings the recipe is for, then it will tell you how many calories per serving based on what you put in the dish.0 -
Use the recipe builder feature on MFP - it will calculate the amount/serving for you and then when you eat it again, you already have it saved...0

The recipe builder is the way. The problem with stuff like chicken Parmesan is that she probably didn't measure (or use) all of the flour or use all of the egg (no breadcrumbs?). Still, it will get you in the ballpark. I usually log a larger serving size to be "safe."0
