My arms have shrunk!?b

When I started this life change I couldn't buy shirts from my now favourite shop. After a few months I could wear 18 inch neck 36 sleeve. This weekend i'm a 16.5 neck 33 sleeve.
My arms are 3 inches shorter :)

Have you experienced similar unexpected changes?

    Sounds like you've been doing a lot of exercise.
    You chest size has expanded, giving the impression
    your arms are shorter. Keep up the good work.

    p.s. I like how you call it a life change.
    You make your workout sound like a male menopause...:drinker:
