Has anyone ever used the STI G6 Super-Lean deluxe meal replacement shake? I have used Shakeology in the past and wanted something similar. The man in GNC suggested this but cannot find lots of info on it online.
Thanks in advance!

I have not. I'm using Herbalife products and enjoying them.0

personally I feel that the expense of these programs isn't worth what your getting and you would get better results by just eating well balanced meals.0

Whey protein and a multivitamin cost me about $0.26 per day. But I'm very into things that are cheap and practical for me. [edit for typo]0

yea I love supplements, my stack took me years to figure out what really worked and what really didn't now days I just take protein, creatine, fish oil, multivitamin and the rest is all just food0 -
Just eat real food.
It's good for you and far cheaper than the shakes, spells, potions and pills.
If you've had trouble with real food before, folks here are happy to help, even if you want to spend a fortune on shakes before you try again with something that will work.0 -

I agree! I used to do Herbalife and it got too expensive, since joining MFP and logging in everyday and just plain walking just about everyday (both free) I managed to lose more than I have ever done so paying for any products or gym fees.0 -
I love the shakeology!0

I googled it. I have done meal replacement shakes in the past. To me they were just a drink and my stomach was growling a couple of hours later. I like to get the biggest bang for my buck as far as my calories are concerned and I can't justify 300+ calories on a drink when I had a full dinner plate worth of good food for lunch today (including 29g of protein) for 80 calories less than are in 2 scoops of STI G6 Super-Lean.0

Yes! I look at my plate of 300+ calories, full of chicken (or pork or sirloin or fish), some lovely lightly steamed veggies, a bit of rice, some fruit and maybe a small piece of dark chocolate. No shake can equal the enjoyment of that.0
