Workout and Food Accountability

Anyone interested in starting a 'workout and food' check in group? Am thinking something along the lines of before weight/measurements, ending weight/measurements and then just checking in each day and posting what you did for your workout and what you ate and drank for the entire day. If this already exists please let me know, otherwise I think this would be a great way to motivate people not to eat that something, to exercise and to hold yourself accountable.:smile:

    HI. I believe there are some groups under the group section. Challenge groups, but I would be very happy to do this with you. start tomorrow if you would like. I use to update mfp everyday, and it helped a lot. send me a friend request if you want to help each other. I believe our updates can be setup to email each other, unless there is a way for them to update to a group\message board. that would be awesome!
    I tried a challenge group on facebook, and I think it's why I got off track wit mfp. to many places to update. I just want to log my food and exercises on mfp. if I see other people's log, it keeps me going.
    lmk what you want to do. it would be great to have accountability partners :)
