I haven't tried it but I've seen some of the sample UFC FIT workouts from Mike Dolce and they seem very nice.

I started on it before I injured my neck and my rehab at this point won't allow it but I sure loved it before I had to stop. I plan on resuming it as soon as I can. Feel free to add me for support!

I done a couple weeks of it a few months ago, but I lacked the motivation to work out at home. I have now found that motivation and keen to start again! What are your fav workouts? And do you follow their plan? I will check out your blog now

I am on day three now, im not following the nurtition plan because i already know what i am doing in that area now and make my own meal plans. Plyo killed me today looking forward to yoga tomorrow.

HI,
I am waiting for tapout to appear in my mailbox in the next few days hopefully.
I am devoted to sticking to it for the full 90 days

I think I will stick to my own meal plans as I tend to have that sorted its just the exercise which is letting me down. May need to modify some of the moves as I had an achillies reconstruction 12 months ago which is still healing but otherwise I am in this for the long haul
