    I have a question for everyone. I am a little confused as to how the whole net calorie thing works on MFP. I f I eat 1200 calories and then go work out and gain 500 calories back, am I suppose to eat 500 more calories? Or is this where the calorie deficit comes in???
    Im so very confused. Please help!!
