The 4 day Diet anyone else reading this book?

A friend lent me the book. I have rarely ever sat down an ever read a book as a adult. But once I started reading it I couldn't put it down. I has so many good tips for loosing weight. I don't know much about the diet just got to that part. But the rest of the information is very informative and I think will be great help for my weight loss journey. Just looking for anyone who is doing the diet.

    The 4 day diet. by ian K. Smith, M.D. is about understanding how we got were we are. Why we sometime stumble along the way. And how to change are eating habits. I have gottin as for as the induction phase. Which is 4 days of eating clean to get all the toxins out of your body..... from looking ahead rest of the diet is low cal and not a lot of carbs. I am going to try it I will let you know how it goes.
